General Terms of Sale – The Social Surf Experience

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) define the booking and participation conditions for services offered by The Social Surf Experience, represented by Mikaël Legrand.

Services include, but are not limited to:
– Surf sessions (individual or group)
– Surf Therapy sessions
– Corporate / Team Building services
– Additional services (transport, organization, etc.)

2. Booking

Bookings are made by phone, email, or via the website form.
Each request is preceded by a discussion to define a suitable proposal.
No automatic bookings are available.

3. Pricing

Prices are not displayed online.
Each service is provided with a personalized quote based on the format, number of participants, period, and project.
Prices are in euros (€).

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified at the time of booking.
A deposit may be requested.
The balance is due before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation / Rescheduling

Cancellation by the client:
– More than 48 hours in advance: rescheduling possible according to availability
– Less than 48 hours: the service may be charged unless a medical certificate is provided

Sessions can be rescheduled or refunded in case of dangerous ocean conditions or unfavorable weather.

6. Participation Conditions

Participants must know how to swim and be in a suitable physical condition.
Any important medical information must be communicated.

7. Liability

Services are supervised by a state-certified professional.
Each participant must follow safety instructions.
The provider cannot be held responsible in case of non-compliance.

8. Insurance

The provider has professional liability insurance.
Participants are encouraged to check their personal insurance coverage.

9. Transport

A minibus transport service may be offered.
A minibus transport service may be offered.

10. Personal Data

Information collected is used only within the scope of the client relationship and is not shared with third parties.

11. Applicable Law

These GTS are subject to French law.
